SMELLS LIKE BRUSSELS SPIRIT
«Smells Like Brussels Spirit» is a collaboration between four Brussels breweries and the Brussels Distillery. Only 1400 bottles of ‘eau de bière’ have been produced. At 37.5° the spirit is between peket and gin. Inspired by our beloved home, it is infused with Iris flowers, but also with a touch of java pepper, orange bark, coriander and Cardamom.
