When two pioneers meet... 
A collaboration between Brussels Distillery and Gudule Brussels Winery. 
Freshly pressed grapes of Petit Manseng from the winery are fermented and distilled at the distillery. Resulting in a spirit with smells of fresh mint and delicate tastes of grapes. 
This is a special edition as distillation can only take place from September till November and with only a limited amount of grapes available.
