« Smells Like Brussels Spirit » is a collaboration between four Brussels breweries and Brussels Distillery.  
Together with En Stoemelings, La Source, No Science and Brussels Beer Project we saved 1000L of beer from going down the drain and back into the bottle as a Brussels spirit. Only 1400 bottles of ‘eau de bière’ have been produced. At 37.5° the spirit is between peket and gin. Inspired by our beloved home, it is infused with Iris flowers, but also with a touch of java pepper, orange bark and coriander.
